Service

Start lets you choose WOMAN or MAN, generate a 36-card Lenormand Grand Tableau and submit it for a personal human interpretation.

The service is for reflection and personal insight. It is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

Price and payment

The V2 personal reading package price is USD 29. Stripe processes payment securely. Test-mode payments are used during sandbox testing and live payments must be enabled separately before launch.

The application does not accept the amount from the browser. The product and Price are resolved server-side.

Delivery

After successful payment, Alina receives your request details and the exact generated spread through Resend and prepares the interpretation personally.

The personalised interpretation is delivered by email within 48 hours after payment.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and any question or focus you want Alina to consider.

You do not need to copy or preserve a spread link. The exact spread is passed internally into the paid order flow.

Cancellation and refunds

The customer may cancel for a full refund during the first 24 hours after payment.

To cancel within 24 hours, email oracol.lenormand@gmail.com from the same email address used for the order and include your order reference.

After 24 hours, the order is non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations because personalised work is being prepared.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
